With 22 years of culinary experience under his belt, Chef Alan aims to share his passion for creative cuisine with discerning dinners here. He admits that he owes his career to his mentor,  who hand-picked him to work with their culinary team in French. He was his inspirations to imbue the menu of traditional French food with a quickly Asian twist.
